About Me
Hello, I'm Jackie. I came to this work because depth psychology transformed my own life, long before I began journeying with others. I know what it is to follow a dream into territory that is frightening and true, to descend into what is hidden and come through more yourself than you were before. That experience is not incidental to my practice, it is the ground it grows from. I don't ask any client to explore territory I haven't traveled myself.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in the Tower Grove neighborhood of St. Louis, and I am currently in formal Jungian analytic training with the C.G. Jung Institute of Chicago. This means I am not only a guide to this territory, I am actively living it.
My clinical work is grounded in dream work, active imagination, and Sandplay therapy. I love incorporating creativity, spirituality, and humor into our time together. I am also trained in EMDR for clients navigating trauma, and have completed levels 1-3 in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
I have particular depth of interest in twinship dynamics and the unique psychological terrain of those who have lived their lives in intimate parallel with another; feminine sovereignty and the reclamation of the instinctual self in women who have been shaped by systems that asked them to be smaller; and neurocomplexity - the rich and often unrecognized inner worlds of autistic and ADHD individuals whose psyches deserve to be met with curiosity rather than pathology.
Outside the consulting room I am an identical twin, a maker, and a lover of the natural world and the ancestral thread that connects us to what came before. I find meaning in astrology, ancestry, and in the quiet intelligence of things that cannot quite be explained.

Depth Work
The work of depth psychology is an invitation to descend into the depths of the psyche, where the unconscious speaks through symbols, archetypes, and the vivid landscape of dreams. Rather than seeking a quick fix for isolated symptoms, we view psychological distress as a call from the soul—a signal that the vessel is ready for transformation. By engaging in dream work, active imagination, and sandplay, we create a sacred container where the lead of suffering can be alchemically refined into the gold of a more integrated life. This path requires a willingness to sit with the mystery of what is hidden, trusting that the psyche possesses an innate drive toward wholeness. Our collaboration becomes a sanctuary for the unconscious to be heard, felt, and realized, moving beyond behavioral management into the profound terrain of soul work.
Pathways to Wholeness
The therapeutic modalities I use are chosen to bypass the limitations of the ego, inviting the depths of the psyche to speak through symbol, silence, and dialogue.
Cost & Insurance
Individual therapy is $130 and couples therapy is $180 per 55-minute session. To truly honor the depth of this work, I meet with clients at least once per week. This consistent rhythm prevents us from merely catching up on weekly events and allows us to move beneath the surface into the deeper layers of the psyche where lasting transformation begins.
